APT-9 "Carpet III" Radar Jammer
This was a set designed as insurance the last year of the war - one of the few intended to counter possible enemy radar developments in the higher frequency ranges. It covered a band of 1000-2500MHz with a power output of 15 watts as part of the APQ-21 jamming system, but could be modified to extend its range down to 300MHz. It saw little service until after the war.
